The New School, The Gymnasium And The Local Administration Are Also Located On The Same Property. Five Groups Are Planned, Including Three Ü3 And Two U3 Groups On The Ground And Upper Floors. A New Extension With A Main Staircase And Elevator Ensures Barrier-Free Access To The Building And At The Same Time Ensures A Second Escape Route. This Meets The Requirements For Security And Accessibility And Meaningfully Complements The Access Structure. The Installation Of New Windows, The Fire Protection Upgrade Of The Existing Components And The Renewal Of The Technical Building Equipment (Electrical, Heating, Plumbing, Ventilation) Ensure The Long-Term Usability And Value Retention Of The Building. The Conversion Of The Reichenbach Old School Will Create A Modern And Sustainable Childcare Offering For Children In The District. The Measure Covers The Existing And Future Need For Childcare Places, Strengthens The Local Social Infrastructure And Increases The Overall Attractiveness Of The District.
