In Summary, Kcetb Wish To Establish A New Dynamic Panel Arrangement For The Provision Of Venue Hire And Venue Hire With Catering Services For Administration Offices, Schools And Centres Under The Auspices Of Kilkenny And Carlow Education And Training Board. The Scope Of The Required Services Will Range From Standalone Venue Hire To Venue Hire With On-Site Catering Services .
