Roof Insulation Work – Pw8 Ve321 Dacharbeiten. Originally, Insulation Was Installed On The Top Floor Of The Existing Building, Followed By Concrete Topping As Gradient Concrete With A Gradient Of 2-5% And Then Sealed With Bitumen Welding Membrane. On The Eaves Of The Residential Wings, The Roof Overhangs Are Provided With A Surrounding Rain Gutter And Covered. A Pv System Is Planned In The Roof Area Of ​​Each Of The Two Residential Wings. Necessary Penetrations (Underground Pipe Ventilation, Exhaust Air Ducts, Connections To Pv Systems) Must Be Carefully Routed Over The Bituminous Roof Skin And Sealed In It. The Connector Is Designed As A Flat Roof With Parapet And Internal Drainage. The New Ft Ceiling Construction Of The Connector Forms The Basis Of The Roof Construction. This Will Be Provided With A Bituminous Roof Seal In Accordance With The Flat Roof Guidelines. The Connection Points Such As Inlets, Emergency Overflows And Vents Are Designed According To Requirements. Due To The Short Distance To The Library, The Building Must Be Designed With A Hard Roof. With The Exception Of The Connector, The Drainage Of The New Roofs Is Carried Out As External Drainage On A Free Gradient (Gravity Pipe).
