The Acquired Social Care Customer Information System Must Comprehensively Support E.G. Legal Processing And Invoicing Of Customer And Patient Data. For A Social Care Professional, The Customer Information System Is One Of The Most Important Work Tools, So It Must Be Of A High Level Of Usability, Support Professionals In Carrying Out Their Work Tasks, And Enable A Smooth Flow Of Information Between Operators. The Usability, Interoperability And Utilization Of Information In Social And Healthcare Information Systems Has Been A Strategic Goal Of Governments For Many Years. In Electronic Transactions, The Customer Uses An Electronic Transaction Platform, Either Gathers The Customers Electronic Transactions In One Place As A One Stop Shop Principle For The Customer. The Purpose Of The Electronic Transaction Part That Is The Subject Of This Procurement Is To Complement The Services Of The Customers Electronic Transaction Platform In Accordance With The Requirements Described In The Requirements Specification. The Binding Goal Of The Acquisition Of The Social Welfare Customer Information System Is That The Welfare Area Has A System In Use On January 1, 2027, Or No Later Than Six Months After The Signing Of The Contract, That Meets The Functional Needs As Described In This Document And The Requirements Definition Document. Options The Procurement Includes The Possibility To Order Functional, Technical And Service Coverage Extensions During The Service Usage Period According To The Customers Needs. In The Procurement, The Following Options Are Requested To Be Offered: • Additional Training Days • Archiving • Extended 24/7 Support Of The Social Care Customer Information System The Supplier Can Also Offer Other Options With A Price Appendix (Appendix 8), Which Are Not Included In The Procurement Price Comparison. Conversion And Migration Of Customer Data Is Limited Outside The Procurement. The Supplier Must Participate In The Conversion And Migration, For Example, In Terms Of Going Through And Entering The Data Contents, But Otherwise The Procurement Unit Is Responsible For All Conversion And Migration Work. Base Archiving Of Old Customer Data And Locally Stored Archiving Entities Outside Of Base Are Planned And Prioritized In Separate Archiving Projects. One Comprehensive Supplier Will Be Selected For The Procurement. The Provider That Has Submitted The Most Economically Advantageous And Accepted Offer Among Those That Have Met The Requirements Will Be Selected As The Supplier. The Contract Period Is Fixed-Term For 48 Months, Continuing After This As Valid Indefinitely. The Contract Period Is Tentatively Aimed At Starting In The Fall Of 2026, As Soon As The Procurement Decision Has Reached Legal Force
