Landscaping Work For Parks - Execution Of Works For The Project Modernization Of The Green-Blue Infrastructure In The Municipality Of Craiova Through The Establishment Of The Cernele Park, Smis Code 316628. The Object Of The Contract Is The Execution Of The Works Within The Project Modernization Of The Green-Blue Infrastructure In The Municipality Of Craiova Through The Establishment Of The Cernele Park, Works Which Are Detailed In The Specifications No. 101518/30.03.2026 And The Technical Documentation Made Available Within The Award Documentation. As Part Of The Project, The Following Development Works Are Proposed For The Entire Surface Of Cernele Park: Clearing The Vegetation And Land, Developing A Lake, Developing Green Spaces, Developing An Irrigation System, Developing A Jetty, Developing A Pedestrian Walkway, Developing A Sports Area And A Childrens Playground, Creating A Lighting System, Creating A Video Surveillance System, Building Toilets, Creating A Sewage Network, Providing Urban Furniture (Benches And Garbage Cans), The Construction Of Boots, The Creation Of Recreational Facilities, The Arrangement Of The Administrative Building/Farming Area Of The Park And The Construction Of Perimeter Fencing Of The Land. Note: The Estimated Value Of The Contract Does Not Include The Sums Related To Miscellaneous And Unforeseen Expenses (Chap. 5.3 Of The General Estimate), The Expenses For The Establishment Of The Implementation Reserve For The Price Adjustment (Chap. 7.2 Of The General Estimate), Provided In The General Estimate, These Can Be Accessed, As The Case May Be, Depending On The Needs, Under The Conditions Stipulated In Art. 221 Of Law No. 98/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions. The Modification Of The Public Procurement Contract, During Its Validity Period, Is Done Under The Conditions Stipulated In Art. 221 Of Law No. 98/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions. Modification Of The Public Procurement Contract During Its Validity Period, Such As In The Cases And Conditions Provided For In Art. 221 Of Law No. 98/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, Is Carried Out By Organizing A New Award Procedure, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Law.
