The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Construction Of A Recreation And Sports Complex In Żory As Part Of The Project Entitled: Business In Żory, Round-Robin Development Of Degraded Areas Of The Mining Railway Embankment For Regional Development Purposes Co-Financed By The European Funds For Silesia 2021-2027 (Just Transformation Fund), Consisting Of, Among Others, On: A) Developing Comprehensive, Full-Discipline Design Documentation With Authors Supervision And Obtaining, On Its Basis, Administrative Decisions Necessary For Implementation, Including Decisions On Building Permits; B) Execution, On The Basis Of The Developed Design Documentation, Of Construction Works Aimed At Building A Recreation And Sports Complex Along With Land Development And Adapting The Entire Construction Project To The Needs Of People With Special Needs; C) Obtaining A Final Administrative Decision Authorizing The Facility For Use Or Another Document Authorizing The Use Of The Facility In Accordance With The Law.
