A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Provided In The Subject And Price Form - Annex No. 1A To The Swz. 4. Place Of Equipment Delivery: Sports Center Of The University Of Gdańsk, Ul. Wita Stwosza 31, 80-312 Gdańsk. 5. The Ordering Party Requires A Warranty For The Equipment For A Period Of 60 Months. Details Regarding The Guarantee Are Included In § 7 Of The Draft Agreement - Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 6. The Ordering Party Requires That The Sports Equipment Included In Items 1-8, 9-23 And 24-37 Of Annex No. 1A To The Swz - The Subject-Price Form - Comes, Within Each Of These Groups, From One And The Same Manufacturer Or Constitutes A Uniform, Mutually Compatible Technically, Functionally And Service System, The Consistency Of Which Is Recognized By The Ordering Party As A Solution Certified Or Guaranteed By The Contractor, Including In Particular: Technical Compatibility Of The Devices, Uniform System Of Service And Warranty Liability. The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate Compliance With The Requirement For A Uniform System By Submitting A Statement From The Manufacturer Or Guarantor Of The System Confirming The Technical, Functional And Service Compatibility Of The Offered Equipment. The Ordering Party Allows That The Manufacturer Of Equipment In Individual Groups May Be Different. 7. The Requirement Referred To In Point 6 Does Not Lead To An Unjustified Restriction Of Competition, As It Does Not Refer To A Specific Manufacturer Or Brand And Does Not Limit The Group Of Contractors Entitled To Submit An Offer, And Was Introduced Due To The Objective Needs Of The Ordering Party And Remains Consistent With Art. 16 And Art. 99 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. This Requirement Serves In Particular: 1) To Ensure Uniform Quality And Consistent Performance Parameters Of Equipment Within Each Group, 2) To Ensure Technical Compatibility And Functional And Ergonomic Coherence Of Equipment Used Together, 3) To Reduce Operational, Service And Warranty Risks Related To The Use Of Equipment From Different Manufacturers, 4) To Facilitate Ongoing Operation, Maintenance And Possible Repairs. 8. If Anywhere In The Swz, Including In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex No. 1A To The Swz, Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications, Certificates (Including Certificates Of Sports Or Industry Organizations, E.G. Indication Of Ipf/Iwf Certificates In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Serves To Determine The Class And Standard Of Sports Equipment. The Requirements For Ipf/Iwf Certificates Result From The Need To Provide Equipment That Meets The Standards Of Training And/Or Organization Of Sports Competitions Competitive Sports Carried Out At The Sports Center Of The University Of Gdańsk. 9.
