The Goal Is To Form A Framework Arrangement For Electrical Supplies With Several Suppliers For An Indefinite Contract Period Starting On June 15, 2026 (Goal). The Subject Of The Acquisition Is Delivery And Pick-Up Sales Of Electrical Supplies. The Products Are Picked Up Directly From The Providers Store And/Or Pick-Up Point, Or Delivered To The Address Specified By The Customer. During The Contract Period, The Customer Can Order Products According To The Object Of Procurement At The Offered Unit Prices (Net), With A Discount Percentage (Products Outside The Price Appendix Of The Request For Quotation) Or By Mini-Competition. Based On The Framework Arrangement To Be Concluded, The User Communities Of The Contract Have The Right To Purchase From The Contract Supplier Also Other Products And Additional Services Included In The Scope Of The Product Area, Which Are Not Separately Identified And Named In The Framework Contract Or In The Tender Documents. Three (3) Suppliers Will Be Selected For The Framework Arrangement In Order To Guarantee A Sufficient Product Selection, Unless There Are Less Acceptable Offers.
