The Object Of The Acquisition Is The Mechanical And Electric Locks, Door Mechanisms, Hela And Locking Accessories Needed For The Maintenance And Repair Work Of The Properties, As Well As The Related Installation, Maintenance, Repair And Serialization Services. Installation, Maintenance And Repairs Of Locks And Door Mechanisms Can Be Carried Out Either At The Customers Location Or At The Suppliers Premises. As A Rule, Abloy Products Are Used In Siunsotens Properties. If The Provider Offers Similar Products, They Must Be Abloy-Compatible In Terms Of Size And Quality And Compatible With The Existing Locking Base. The Product Names And Brands Mentioned In The Tender Request (E.G. Abloy) Are Presented For Reference Only. The Provider Can Also Offer Other Products, Provided That They Are Technically And Functionally Equivalent. The Product Is Considered To Be Equivalent If It: – Is Dimensionally Compatible With The Existing Locking Base Without Structural Modifications, – Is Compatible With Existing Mechanical And/Or Electrical Interfaces, – Meets At Least The Quality, Safety And Durability Requirements Set For The Corresponding Product, And – Is Suitable For Use In The Locking Systems Used By The Customer. The Bidder Must Demonstrate Equivalence In His Bid With Technical Information. The Procurement Does Not Include Locking Systems Related To Construction Projects, Which Are Tendered In Connection With Separate Construction Projects. The Provider Must Be An Authorized Lock Installation Company (E.G. Abloy, Assa Abloy, Dorma, Kaba Or Iloq). The Customer Has The Option To Order The Products Either Installed Or Without Installation. The Installation Service Must Include Product Delivery, Installation Ready For Use And, If Necessary, Maintenance Training. The Persons Performing The Installation And Maintenance Service Included In The Contract Must Have A Valid Work Safety Card And, When Working At The Customers Site, A Photo Id With A Tax Number. The Contract Period Is 1 July 2026–30 June 2028. The Subscriber Has The Right To Extend The Contract For Two (2) Separate Option Years, 1 July 2028–30 June 2029 And 1 July 2029–30 June 2030, Under The Conditions Presented In The Draft Contract
