The Subject Of This Procurement Is The Framework Arrangement For The Green Construction Contracting Works Performed For The Various Units Of The City Of Helsinkis Urban Environment Industry. The Areas Are Intended For Public Use. The Construction Sites Are Located In Areas Owned By The City Of Helsinki. The Tender Is Requested In Accordance With This Request For Tenders Regarding The Framework Arrangement And Its Appendices. On The Basis Of This Procurement Process, The Contractors With Whom The Framework Agreements For The Execution Of The Aforementioned Contracts Will Be Signed Are Selected. The Estimated Value Of The Procurement During The Entire Procurement Period (Including Possible Option Periods) Excluding Vat Is 40,000,000 Euros, And The Maximum Amount Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Procurement Is 40,000,000 Euros. Employment Condition The Mandatory Employment Condition Requirement Can Be Used In All Assignment-Specific Mini-Competitions Made Through The Framework Arrangement. The Customer Evaluates The Suitability Of Using The Employment Condition For The Project In Question And The Number Of Persons To Be Employed On A Project-By-Project Basis. The Customer Adds A Requirement To The Assignment-Specific Request For Quotation, If It Is Considered Suitable For The Assignment In Question.
