The Donau-Ries District Is Tendering The Property Planning Building (§ 34 Hoai) For The New Building Of The Fos/Bos Hans-Leipelt School In Donauwörth In A Two-Stage Vgv Negotiation Process With A Participation Competition (§ 74 Vgv) Gradually From Lph 1. A New Building With A Maximum Of 3,950 M2 Of Main Usable Space Is Planned On A Construction Site Next To The Current Existing School, Which Can Be Used Until The New Building Is Moved Into. If Necessary, The Existing Building Should Be Dismantled After The New Building. The Planning Services Are Awarded In Stages. - As Stage 1, The Basic Investigation (Lph 1) And Preliminary Planning (Lph 2) Are Initially Commissioned. The Client Reserves The Right To Call Up Further Stages: - As Stage 2, The Design Planning (Lph 3) And Approval Planning (Lph 4) - As Stage 3, The Implementation Planning (Lph 5), Preparation Of The Award (Lph 6) And Participation In The Award (Lph 7), - As Stage 4, The Property Supervision - Construction Supervision And Documentation (Lph 8) And The Property Management (Lph 9) And - As Stage 5, The Planning And Monitoring Services For The Dismantling Of The Existing Building With A Gross Floor Area Of Approx. 4,075 M2 After Completion And Start Of Use Of The New School Building. The Subject Of The Commission Is Also The (Technical) Planning Of The Required Elevator Systems (Kg 460). There Is No Entitlement To Commission Further Stages. For The Individual Stages And The Commissioned Planning And Monitoring Services, Reference Is Made To The Architects Contract, The Service Description And The Other Tender Documents.
