The Object Of The Procurement Is The Expert Tasks For The Main And Architectural Design Of Malmis New Rescue Station. The Content And Scope Of The Design Tasks To Be Procured Are Described In The Documents Attached To This Call For Tenders. The Design Service Is Purchased As An Undivided Entity, The Areas Of Which Are - The Main And Architectural Design Tasks Of The Project Planning Phase (Including Design Preparation, Proposal Design Reference Plans), - As An Option, The Main And Architectural Design Tasks Of The General And Implementation Planning Phase (Including Building Permit Tasks, Construction Preparation) And - As An Option, The Main And Architectural Design Tasks Of The Construction And Commissioning Period (Including). The Tenderer Must Offer All Project Phases. Malmis New Rescue Station Will Be Built At Malminkaari 33, 00700 Helsinki. The Rescue Station Will Replace The Current Rescue Station Located In The Malmi Airport Area, Which Will Be Demolished To Make Way For The Development Of The Malmi Airport Area In 2029. The New Rescue Station Will Be Built In The City Of Helsinkis Own Ownership. According To The Preliminary Project Schedule, Construction Will Start In September 2027. The Construction Project Is Initially Planned As A Complete Contract. Possible Options Are Ordered Separately With Separate Orders. The Customer Is Not Obliged To Order The Next Project Phase Offered As An Option From The Selected Consultant. The Customer Reserves The Right And The Possibility To Acquire The Producer Of The Design Services For The Project Phases Presented As Options, For Example From The Framework Agreement Partners Of The City Of Helsinki, If The Customer Is Not Satisfied With The Performance Of The Selected Consultant, For Example.
