The Subject Of This Procurement Are The Legal Services (Services) Produced For Gasgrid Finland Oy (Procurement Unit) And Its Subsidiaries Gasgrid Vetyverkot Oy And Floating Lng Terminal Finland Oy. In This Procurement, The Procurement Unit Is Looking For The Following Professional Service Providers To Provide Legal Services For Its Needs For The Entities Mentioned Below: Procurement Law / 2 Suppliers. Including, Among Other Things: - Interpretations And Advice Related To The Procurement Act In Special Fields - Participating In Procurement Procedures And Assisting The Customer In The Implementation - Production And Maintenance Of Procurement-Related Framework, Assignment, Delivery, Confidentiality, Etc. Agreements - Representation Of The Procurement Unit In Possible Market Court Proceedings - Procurement Legal Training And Information Attacks For The Customers Personnel The Chosen Service Provider Must Be Able To Produce The Services In Finnish And In English. The Agreement Enters Into Force From The Moment Of Its Signing And Is Valid For 4+2+2 Years. The Services Are Supposed To Start At The End Of 2026 (Estimated In October). This Procurement Is Subject To The Procurement Act For Special Sectors, I.E. The Act On Procurement And Concession Agreements For Units Operating In The Water And Energy Supply, Transport And Postal Services Sectors (1398/2016).
