Social Work Services With Accommodation – Est-Eea-26-003 - Procurement - Operation Of Emergency Overnight Services.. The Contracting Authority, Bergen Municipality, Shall Procure Operation Of User Controlled Emergency Overnight Services For Up To 10 Residenceless Persons With Drug And Alcohol Dependency. The Tender Shall Be User Controlled, Where Persons With User And/Or Relatives Experience Have A Central Role In Administration And Operation. The Target Group For The Offer Is Homeless Men And Women Over The Age Of 18 With Acute Need For Accommodation That Has: Ongoing Drug Usecan Have Challenges Connected To Physical And/Or Mental Health And Other Areas Of Life Can Have Behavioural Challenges, Threat And Violence Problems In The Frames Where There Is Focus On Safeguarding And Safety For Residents, Safety And Control. The Contracting Authority Will Provide Premises For The Initiative. The Procurement Is Being Made In Accordance With The Public Procurement Regulations Part Iv (Health And Social Services), And The Competition Is Reserved For Non-Profit Organisations, Cf. The Regulation § 30-2A.
