The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Management, Control And Supervision Of The Implementation Of The Contract, The Subject Of Which Is: Improving Road Traffic Safety On The Ten-T Network On National Road No. 91 - Task No. 4 - Reconstruction Of The Koziegłowy - Markowice Section, On The Terms Specified In The Agreement With The Consultant And In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract For The Investment Task. 2. The Service Includes The Consultants Duties In Accordance With The Agreement Based On The General Terms And Conditions And Swk, In Particular: A) Management, Investor Supervision And Control Over The Implementation Of Works Until The Date Of Issuance Of The Final Payment Certificate, B) Conducting Information And Promotional Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Project And Cooperation In This Respect With The Ordering Party, Including, Among Others, With The Branch Director, Project Manager And The Communication Position In The Gddkia Branch, C) Providing Investor Supervision Services Over The Implementation Of Construction Works And Participating In Warranty Inspections And Supervising The Removal Of Any Faults/Defects Found In Warranty Inspections, Under The Concluded Contract, D) Supporting The Ordering Party As A Loyal And Conscientious Advisor In All Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Project, E) Supervising Design Works And Works In Scope Of Additional Tasks Necessary For The Performance Of The Contract, Arising During The Implementation Of The Contract - Granted On The Basis Of The Public Procurement Law, F) Constant Monitoring, Conducting And Resolving Matters Related To The Proper Execution By Individual Contractors Of The Contractors Documents And Construction Works At The Junction Of Neighboring Contracts And Close Cooperation With The Consultants Teams Supervising Neighboring Investments - As A Result Of Which The Consultant Will Be Obliged To Develop The Principles And Method Of Proper Execution Of The Contractors Documents And Works Construction. If Necessary, The Ordering Party Will Appoint The Lead Consultant Responsible For The Coordination Between The Projects. 3. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Volume Iii Of The Swz. 4. Estimated Value Of The Order Below Eur 10 Million.
