Tenders are invited for Supply, Slaughter, Packing and Distribution 700 Qurbani Animal (Hadhramaut Governorate), Al-Mukalla and Tarim Districts - (Abyan Governorate), Khanfar District. Warranty Value 2.5 of the bid value Tender Announcement: conduct independent Third-Party Monitoring (TPM) to ensure transparency, accountability, and technical compliance with the projects specific performance indicators Eligibility Criteria: · The applicant must hold a valid commercial registration. · The applicant must hold a valid tax card and zakat card. · The applicant must hold a valid insurance card · The applicant must have a valid license/certificate to practice a profession · The bidder must have previous work and experience in the same field and attach proof of this, including contracts. · The bidder must have a proposed time plan for the implementation. · The quotation must be signed and stamped by the supplier (mandatory) in a separate envelope under the name "Financial Offer" sealed with red wax. · All technical tender documents must be signed by the supplier (mandatory) in a separate envelope under the name "Technical Proposal" sealed with red wax. · Financial and technical proposals must be submitted in another envelope sealed with red wax containing two separate envelopes. · Samples of materials must be submitted when submitting the envelopes. · The bid shall be submitted in the above currency and any bid submitted in a different currency will be disqualified. · Deadline for submitting bids is SUNDAY : 10/05/2026 AD : 11:00 am · The date of opening the envelopes as specified in the table above. · This tender is subject to the government tax . · The BCHR is not obligated to accept the lowest bid. · All tender documents must be stamped on each page by the applicant. · The validity period of the bid as specified in the table above. · The tender shall be accompanied by an unconditional bank guarantee or an acceptable cheque for payment in the amount specified above, valid for the above-mentioned period starting from the date of opening the envelopes, and any bid that is not accompanied by the tender guarantee will be rejected. · Bids must be delivered with a sealed envelope sealed with red wax and written on it the name of the project and the tender number, on the date specified above to the following address: Benevolence Coalition for Humanitarian Relief - Head Office - Mukalla - Fuwah - Al-Sitteen Street during official working hours from 08:00 am Until 03:00 pm For more inquiries, please contact: 7792 71440.
