Funding Details The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project. Additional financing information: T1 Loan - EUR 9 million; T1 Grant - EUR 5 million; T2 Loan - EUR 5.74 million; T1 Grant - EUR 3.26 million; TC - EUR 1.1 million. 2. Information on the Project Project Description: A sovereign loan of up to EUR 14.7 million to the Borrower (the "Loan") in two tranches: Tranche I (committed) of up to EUR 9.0 million and Tranche II (uncommitted) of up to EUR 5.7 million on-lent to Osh City Municipality for the benefit of the Osh City Municipal Autotransport Company, a municipal company which operates trolleybuses and buses in the city of Osh, to finance modernisation of electric public transport (the "Project"). The Project is co-financed by up to EUR 8.3 million investment grant (the "Grant") in two tranches: Tranche I of up to EUR 5.0 million from the EBRD Shareholder Special Fund ("SSF") and Tranche II of up to EUR 3.3 million from an international donor or the SSF. Proceeds of the Loan and the Grant will finance investments into construction of new trolleybus line and modernization of existing trolleybus infrastructure and depot, as well as procurement of 40 trolleybuses. The Project will enhance the quality and reliability of public transport service in Osh.
