Request for proposals for Consultancy for Coaching Skills Curriculum Development & Coaching Guide for DRC Staff The consultancy encompasses three interconnected components: Development of a training curriculum on coaching skills for DRC staff working with local partners in humanitarian contexts; Delivery of the curriculum in two pilot country operations to test its effectiveness; Revision of the curriculum based on findings and feedback from the pilot trainings; and Development of a short practical guide to coaching partners for DRC staff, to support ongoing application of coaching skills beyond the training. Please be guided by this RFP and the attached Terms of Reference (TOR) Annex F.
