Tenders are invited for Accountability Systems Consultant Purpose of the Consultancy The consultancy aims to assess existing accountability mechanisms and develop practical, context-appropriate tools to enhance feedback management, transparency, and organizational learning. Scope of Work Includes: · Conducting a rapid diagnostic of accountability practices · Developing an Organizational Accountability Matrix · Strengthening feedback and complaint mechanisms · Supporting staff capacity building · Proposing monitoring and learning tools Duration: Approximately 1520 working days over 68 weeks Eligibility: Applicants should demonstrate experience in: · Accountability to affected populations (AAP) · Community feedback and complaint systems · Work with civil society organizations · Humanitarian or conflict-affected contexts Submission Requirements: · Technical proposal (including methodology and CV) · Financial proposal in USD Submission Deadline: May 9, 2026 2:00 PM Tender Link : https://www.jobs.ps/en/tenders
