Tenders are invited for Supply of Lubricants Document Charges (Rs.): .9000/- Value of Bid Security (Rs.): 600,000/- A complete set of bidding documents in English Language may be purchased by interested Bidders from the STF Procurement Unit on submission of a written application to the address mentioned below, upon payment of a non- refundable tender fee indicated above table in cash per each tender from 0900 hrs, to 1500 hrs, on any working days from 30.04.2026 up to 18.05.2026 Only a single set of bidding documents for each procurement shall be issued for an institution. Bids with two copies, Bids must be inserted into the tender box placed at the under noted address at or before 1400 hrs on the date of opening (19.05.2026) of the respective tenders. Alternatively, bids may be sent by registered post to reach before the closing time of bids. The respective Tender Number should be indicated at the Top of the Left Corner of the Envelop. Any late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing of bids in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend personally at Conference Hall at STF Headquarters, No: 223, Bauddhaloka Mawatha, Colombo 07 at 1400 hrs. on 19.05.2026. The representatives who will attend on behalf of the bidder should be definitely producing an authorized letter from the organization. Otherwise they will not be allowed for sitting. Bids shall be valid for 91 days from the date of opening of bids. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security at the amount indicated above and it shall be; i. Issued by Local Commercial Bank operating in Sri Lanka and approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, ii In the form include in Section IV of the Bidding Documents. iii.
