Tenders are invited for Drilling of Forty-Five (45) High-Capacity Boreholes in the Guiricoregions for the Benefit of PIGO plus Bids must be accompanied by a bid security, in the amount of: Lots 6: one million seven hundred thousand (1,700,000) CFA francs Burkina Faso has received funding from KfW for the implementation of the Small-Scale Irrigation Project in the Greater West and Eastern Region (PIGO Plus), and intends to use part of this grant to make payments under the contract for the construction of forty-five (45) high-capacity boreholes in the Tannounyan, Guiriko, Nando and Djôrô regions of Burkina Faso. The execution period is sixty (60) days for each lot. Candidates may submit bids for all lots but may not be awarded more than one (1) lot. The procedure will be conducted through national competition using a National Invitation to Tender (AON) as defined in the KfW "Procurement Guidelines" and in Articles 53 et seq. of Decree No. 2017-0049/PRES/PM/MINEFID of February 1, 2017, concerning procedures for awarding, executing, and settling public contracts and public service delegations, and is open to all eligible candidates. Interested and eligible bidders may obtain information from the PIGO Plus project located in Bobo Dioulasso, Sector 5, Rue 5.05, BP 1326 Bobo Dioulasso RS 90000, by email: [email protected], from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. every working day Interested candidates may consult the complete National Tender Dossier (NTD) free of charge at the Project headquarters from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on all working days, or obtain a copy for a non-refundable fee of seventy-five (75,000) CFA francs per lot from the project accounting office in Bobo-Dioulasso. Payment must be made in cash. The Tender Dossier will be delivered in person. Bids must be submitted to the address below no later than 9:00 a.m. on May 22, 2026. Electronic submissions will not be accepted. Any bid received after the deadline will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders representatives and other attendees at the address below at 10:00 a.m. on May 22, 2026.
