Well bounded and sealed bids presented in 2 hard copies, one of them marked Original and one hard copy marked Copy of the bids. The bids shall be valid for a period of 14 days and should be submitted in Bank of Africa Rwanda Plcs Reception Desk not later than May 13, 2026, at 02:00pm local time.
