1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Services: A) Protection Of People In The Building, The Area Immediately Adjacent To The Building And The Property Of The Warsaw Social Innovation Laboratory Synergia Located At Ul. Markowska 16, 03-742 Warszawa By Physical Security Staff On A Daily Basis From Monday To Saturday. B) Night Monitoring With Intervention Patrol Of The Building Of The Warsaw Laboratory Of Social Innovations Synergia At Ul. Markowska 16 From Monday To Saturday And 24 Hours A Day On Sundays And Holidays; C) 24/7 Monitoring With Intervention Patrol For 3 Locations In Warsaw - Ul. Łochowska 39/7, Targowa 66/33, Dembowskiego 1.2. The Subject Of The Order Consists Of: 1) Direct Physical Protection, 2) Monitoring Of Alarm Systems And Cctv, Including Quick Response To Alarm Situations, In Accordance With The Security Instructions, 3) Protection Of Access To The Building - Control Of Entries And Exits Of People (Including Guests And External Companies), In Accordance With The Internal Procedures Of The Ordering Party, 4) Responding To Random And Emergency Events, Including Notifying The Appropriate Services And Documenting Incidents, 5) Operation Of The System For Recording Building Visits By A Security Employee At Critical Points (Minimum 5 Control Points), Agreed With The Ordering Party/Real Estate Administrator. The Contractor Ensures That Inspections Will Be Carried Out By A Security Officer At Least Once Every 3 Hours Throughout The Day. The Exception That Justifies Not Carrying Out The Celebration Is Taking Actions Such As Intervention Or The Occurrence Of Another Event That Prevents The So-Called Reflection Of Control Points, Provided That The Event In Question Is Recorded In The Duty Book,6) Delivery, Installation And Activation Of The Anti-Panic Button - Detailed Description In Annex No. 9 To Swz,7) Making At Least 2 External Rounds Of The Protected Building On Its Full Outline Every Day.3.
