The Object Of The Acquisition Is The Sale Order Regarding The Stock Of Kiljavan Sairaala Oy. Kiljavan Sairaala Oy Is A Limited Company Owned By The Cities Of Hyvinkää And Järvenpää, The Municipalities Of Tuusula, Mäntsälä And Nurmijärvi And The Hus Municipal Corporation, Whose Main Task Is To Own And Manage A Hospital Campus Of Approximately 15,000 M² In The Kiljava Area. In Addition To The Hospital Building, The Hospital Campus Has Four Buildings Designed For Residential Use And A Thermal Power Plant. Currently, Keski-Uusimaa Welfare Region Keu-Sote Is The Main Tenant Of The Hospital Building On The Campus For About 10,000 M². The Rental Agreement Is Valid Until 31 December 2030. The Service Provider Is Responsible For All Stages And Measures Of The Sales Process As Specified In This Request For Tender And Its Appendices. The Goal Of The Procurement Contract Is To Achieve The Highest Possible Sales Price In The Sales Order.
