Tenders are invited for Auction-Al Sajiy Park facilities in Al Bateen-Abu Dhabi (Develop Operation Maintenance) Bidding Opens on: 28 April 2026 Due on: 29 May 2026 Estimated Value: AED 0 - 0 Tender Details: The Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) hereby invites proposals from qualified and experienced entities for the development, operation, maintenance and transfer of the Al Sajiy Park facilities in Al Bateen, Abu Dhabi (W10_P3). This Auction is issued as part of a competitive Auction process to identify the most capable partner to deliver a high-quality, sustainable, and community-focused park. The successful investor will enter into a 20-year long-term lease agreement with DMT/ADM, granting the rights to build, operate, maintain, and ultimately transfer the completed facilities at the end of the lease term. Investors must demonstrate proven experience in delivering similar mixed-use recreational services along with a strong track record in operating such facilities.
