Quotation are invited for Apple iPhone Units for U.S. Embassy Office of Defense Partnership (ODP) The U.S. Embassy in Abu Dhabi invites quotations from qualified vendors to supply and deliver new, factory-sealed Apple iPhone units in support of the Office of Defense Partnership (ODP). The requirement consists of two (2) Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max (256GB, Silver), twenty-seven (27) Apple iPhone 17 Base (256GB, Black), and shipping and handling to the U.S. Embassy Abu Dhabi, with all units sourced exclusively from Apple Authorized Resellers and delivered in original, factory-sealed Apple packaging. If you would like to submit a quotation, see the attached solicitation/RFQ package and follow the instructions in Section 3 of the RFQ. Quotations are due by May 29, 2026, at 10:00 AM (UAE time). No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted. Only PDF attachments are accepted, and the file size must not exceed 10 MB. To be considered, your quotation package must include: SF-1449 (Section 1, Cover Sheet); Pricing Schedule (Section 1, Block 23 Continuation Pages); Representations and Certifications (Section 5); Cybersecurity Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM) Questionnaire (Attachment 1); proof of active SAM registration with UEI and CAGE code; valid UAE commercial license; Apple Authorized Reseller evidence; and the additional bidder information required under Section 3 (Addendum to FAR 52.212-1).
