Pursuant to The UAE Cabinet Resolution No. (87) of 2023 regarding the formation of the National Unified Purchasing Committee, the National Supreme Committee for the Unified Purchasing was established and is responsible for conducting purchasing operations for medicines, medical supplies, equipment, and vaccinations for all government programs at the federal and local levels. b. National Supreme Committee for the Unified Purchasing decision to authorize the Department of Health Abu Dhabi to issue a tender for the medications of the government funded programs, and sign agreements according to the authorization granted by the National Supreme Committee for the Unified Purchasing.
