It Will Offer 24/7 On-Site Support To A Minimum Of 8 People At Any One Time, Plus A Short-Stay High-Support Bed. The Service Aims To Provide A Vital Bridge Between An Unmanageable Life Of Dependent Substance Use And Abstinence-Based Recovery. It Will Enable People Who Are Known To Struggle To Make The Transition Into Structured Treatment With A Preparatory Step To Enable Their Longer-Term Outcomes More Sustainable. The Service Will Be Delivered In An Accommodation-Based Setting With 24/7 On-Site Support And Intensive Housing Management To Enable Individuals Prepare People For Long-Term, Sustainable Changes In Their Lifestyle And Behaviour. Bidders Will Be Required To Source The Appropriate Building From Which To Base The Service As Part Of Their Tender Proposal.
