The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Purchase Of A Waste Management Service. The Technical Description Is Presented In Appendix 1 Of Rhad. The Provider Is Obliged To Start Providing The Service On 01.06.2026. In The Event That Due To The Delay In The Conclusion Of The Procurement Contract, Including Due To Possible Dispute And Court Proceedings Related To This Simple Procurement Procedure, It Is Not Possible To Start The Provision Of The Service On The Date Specified In This Point, The Provision Of The Service Will Begin On The Day Following The Conclusion Of The Contract, And In Such A Case The End Date Of The Procurement Contract Will Also Be Postponed By The Period For Which The Provision Of The Service Was Delayed.
