Mäntsälä Municipalitys Technical And Vital Services Requests An Offer In Accordance With The Attached Contract Documents. The Contract Includes The Mäntsälä Municipalitys Sports Facility Construction Works Shown In The Plan Drawings. The Sites Are Located In The Urban Area Of Mäntsälä Municipality And Are Mainly Sports Facilities Or Plot Areas According To The Site Plan. The Developer Requires That The Bidder Familiarizes Himself With The Construction Site Before Submitting A Bid. The Building Control Authority Has Granted A Construction Permit For The Project. With Its Offer, The Contractor Undertakes To Comply With The Conditions Required In The Permit Decisions. If The Building Permit Decision Does Not Become Law By May 5, 2026, The Customer Has The Right To Suspend The Purchase. The Work Is Done As A Total Price Contract.
