The Construction Site Is Located In The Municipality Of Pirkkala, In The Pakkalankulma Site Plan Area. The Construction Contract Includes The Construction Of A New Station-Zoned Area. The Form Of Contract Is A Total Contract With A Total Price. The Contract Includes, To The Extent Required In The Construction Plan Documents Obtained By The Customer In Advance, The Construction Work And Material Procurement Included In The Contract In Accordance With All Contract Documents, So That The Final Result Of The Work, The Structures, Their Parts And The Construction Materials Used Meet The Requirements Set For Them. The Contract Includes The Following Conditional Item, I.E. Option 1. The Customer Decides To Use The Option Separately. The Fixed Price Of The Option Is Determined According To The List Of Quantities To Be Priced. The Selected Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Option If The Customer So Decides. Option 1: Contains The Content According To Column Z Of The List Of Quantities To Be Priced, Such As The Wear Layer Of The Pakkalantie Roadway And The Mantantie Elevated Area, The Asphalt And Stone Pavements Of The Pakkalantie Light Traffic Lanes, Curbs And Green Structures And Traffic Signs, As Well As All Preparatory Work For The Completion Of The Aforementioned Structures. The Implementation Of Option 1 Requires That The Pending Appeal Case Related To The Street Plan Has Been Resolved. The Date Of Implementation Of The Option Can Be, For Example, Only During The Year 2027.
