The City Of Lohja Requests Offers For Food For The Lohja Theaters Cafeteria And Their Delivery To The Theater. The Product Selection Must Include Both Savory And Sweet Pastries, And It Must Be Possible To Order Them Individually To Reduce Wastage. There Should Be At Least Lactose-Free, Gluten-Free And Vegan Options In The Selection. If Necessary, Other Food Allergies Must Also Be Taken Into Account Even With Short Notice. The Theater Needs Product Descriptions For All Products Selected For Coffee Sales. Lohjan Theater Does Not Have The Possibility To Store Or Thaw Frozen Products, So The Products Must Be Fresh. Food Deliveries Must Take Place 1-3 Times A Week During The Show Season, Between Thursday And Saturday, At Least Two Hours Before The Start Of The Show. The Theater Orders The Products On Tuesday Or Wednesday Of The Same Week, But Changes To Orders Can Be Made On The Same Day. Performance Seasons Are Approximately 1-3 Months Long And Often Take Place In October-December And January-May. The Agreement Is Made For A Two-Year Contract Period (June 15, 2026 - June 14, 2028), Which Can Be Extended By A Two-Year Option Period (June 15, 2028) - 14.6.2030) The Agreement Does Not Give The Supplier The Exclusive Right To Purchase Food For The Theater.
