This Is The Opportunity To Breathe New Life Into A Unique And Very Famous Place In Helmond. Helmond Is Growing And Becoming More And More Beautiful. The Water Tower Is An Important Landmark Of The City And Is Part Of Its Cultural Heritage. The Municipality Wants To Conclude A Lease Agreement With A Party That Is Responsible For A Sustainable Repurposing That Contributes To The Vibrancy Of The Urban Area, With Respect For The Monumental Character Of The Building. The Municipality Intends To Conclude A Leasehold Agreement With The Winner Of The Selection Procedure. This Has A Term Of 20 Years With The Option To Extend Twice By 10 Years.
