The Subject Of The Tender Consists Of Carrying Out The Structural Maintenance For The Real Estate Portfolio. The Work To Be Carried Out And Delivered By The Tenderer Focuses On Maintaining And Improving The Quality In The Long Term And Maintaining The Good Condition Of The Various Architectural Objects. The Work Includes: • Carrying Out Regular Maintenance On (All) Municipal Real Estate Objects Present On The Contract Commencement Date, As Indicated In Appendix 4 Object List. Regular Maintenance Concerns Planned And Predetermined Maintenance. • Carrying Out Corrective Maintenance (Malfunctions/Reports); • Providing A 24/7 Breakdown Service; • Carrying Out Major Maintenance On The Basis Of The Municipalitys Mjop Made Available By The Contracting Authority; • Carrying Out Other Major Maintenance Not Arising From The Mjop; • Drawing Up A Current Maintenance Schedule In Which The Tenderer Describes The Working Method.
