The Municipality Of Stichtse Vecht Is Looking For Supplier(S) For Hardware Through A European Public Tender, Divided Over Two Plots. - Lot 1: Smartphones And Workplace Equipment: Supply (And Associated Services) Of Smartphones, Laptops, Tablets, Monitors And Accessories. - Lot 2: Printers: A Complete Printing Solution, Including Rental And All-In Service Of Printers (Mfp/Sfp) And The Purchase And Maintenance Of A Plotter And Label Printers. Lot 1 - Smartphones And Workplace Equipment In Appendix A - Estimated Numbers For Lot 1, The Estimated Numbers Are Shown Per Part For Lot 1 - Smartphones And Workplace Equipment. Based On These Numbers, The Current Spend And The Influences Of Future Developments, The Expenditure Associated With The Hardware Tender, Lot 1. Smartphones And Workplace Equipment, For The Entire Term Of The Framework Agreement Including Extensions, Is Estimated At € 1,541,950. The Maximum Value Of The Assignment Is Therefore € 1,542,000. Lot 2 - Printers The Size Of Lot 2 Concerns: - Rental And Service Maintenance Of 33 Printers Divided Over Mfp And Sfp. - Purchase And Service Maintenance Of One (1) Plotter. - Purchase And Maintenance Of Five (5) Label Printers. Based On The Numbers, Current Spend And The Influence Of Future Developments, The Expenditure Associated With The Hardware Tender, Lot 2. Printers, For The Entire Term Of The Framework Agreement Including Extensions, Is Estimated At €595,329.82. The Maximum Value Of The Assignment Is Therefore €600,000. No Rights Can Be Derived From The Aforementioned Estimates And Numbers. This Means That It Is Possible That The Stated Estimate Will Be Lower In Practice. The Contracting Authority Also Reserves The Right To Make Use Of The Option Provided In Article 2.163C, Paragraph 2 Of The Aw 2012.
