As Part Of The Tender, A Private Sector Operator Becomes A Public One Telecommunications Networks For The Establishment And Operation Of A Sustainable And High-Performance Telecommunications Network Infrastructure (Gigabit Network) In The Sense Of No. 3.1 Of The Gigabit Guideline 2.0 As Part Of The “Gap Closure Program” According To No. 9.1 Gigabit Directive 2.0 Wanted. After The End Of The Measure, All Participants At 82 Address Points Will Be Expanded With Fttb/H Technology And Reliably Supplied With Bandwidths Of At Least 1 Gigabit/S Symmetrically. With The Expansion Of The Gap Closure Area, All Eligible Addresses In The Municipality Or Delimitable Administrative Districts/Districts Must Be Made Gigabit-Capable In Accordance With The Conditions Of The Aforementioned Funding Program. The Aim Of The Measure Is To Make It Possible To Connect The Still Underserved Subscribers In The Wesermarsch District Via A Gigabit Network By Granting Investment Aid. The Connection To The Gigabit Network Should Be Available To All Designated Subscribers, I.E. 100% Of The Subscriber Connections In The Expansion Area That Are Currently Underserved Within The Meaning Of The Gigabit Framework Regulation. Once The Network Has Been Expanded And Put Into Operation, Participants In The Expansion Area Should Have Access To A Transmission Rate Of At Least 1 Gbit/S Symmetrically (Downstream/Upstream). The Overall Profitability Gap May Not Be More Than 500,000.00 Euros.
