The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Enter Into A Contract For The Purchase Of Various Minor Construction Works In Connection With Residual And Deficiency Works At The E39 Betna – Hestnes. The New E39 Between Betna And Hestnes Was Opened To Traffic On 25 June 2025. At The Time Of Takeover, Various Contract Work And Modification Work Had Not Been Completed, But With An Agreed Deadline. Part Of This Work Was Not Completed When General Contractor Bertelsen & Garpestad As Was Declared Bankrupt On 4 March 2026. 1.2 Nature/Scope Of The Work And Geographical Location The Construction Area Is Located Between Betna And Hestnes In Trøndelag County. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration Must Enter Into An Agreement On Accounting Work With A Mechanical Contractor For The Execution Of Residual And Defective Work. The Assignment Consists Of Machine Work (Excavators And Bulk Moving). Among Other Things, The Following Work Must Be Carried Out (The List Is Not Exhaustive): • Complete Agricultural Roads On Lønningen. Forest Vehicle Road, Lifting And Piling Of Rocks And Installation Of Railings Approx. 100-150 Meters + 300 Meters With Gravel. • Arronding And Cultivation Of The Landfill Site At Lønningen. • Establishment Of A Culvert For Access To The Forest Road At Vågland Båthotell • Clearing The Large Slope West Of Vågland Boat Hotel • Plastering And Clearing Slopes At Otnes • Clean-Up And Return Of The Rigging Area At The Klettelva And At The Go-Kart Track • Complete Counterfilling Hestnes, With Rounding And Planting • Establish Culverts At Hestnes • Plastering And Finishing Of The Shooting Range
