The Purpose Of This Commission Is To: • Assess The Current Condition And Performance Of The Building; • Identify Defects, Risks And Compliance Issues; • Develop A Coordinated And Prioritised Remediation Strategy; • Improve Accessibility, Safety And Energy Performance; • Prepare Design And Tender Documentation To Enable Delivery Of Required Works.
