The Approved Housing Bodies Regulatory Authority (Ahbra) Invites Tenders From Suitably Qualified Service Providers To Support The Design And Development Of A Refreshed Suite Of Regulatory Guidance Materials For Approved Housing Bodies (Ahbs). The Services Required Will Include Stakeholder Engagement, Research And Analysis, And The Drafting Of Clear, Outcomes Focused Guidance Aligned With Ahbra’S Existing Standards. The Guidance Will Comprise Core, Overarching Material Applicable To All Ahbs, Together With Proportionate And Modular Guidance Tailored To Specific Ahb Cohorts And Risk Profiles, Including Small And Micro Ahbs, Growing And Scaling Ahbs, Care And Support Ahbs, And Ahbs Delivering Cost Rental And Advance Funded Schemes. The Tender Should Also Include Proposals Relating To The Effective Dissemination And Implementation Of The Guidance To Support Consistent Understanding And Application Of Regulatory Expectations Across The Sector.
