Bids Are Invited For Parkview Greenspace Phase Ii - Earthworks And Landscaping

The Work Generally Comprises Of:The Development Of A Green Space Within The Parkview Neighbourhood. The Work Will Include Earthworks Grading To Achieve The Design Elevations, Placement Of Owner Supplied Topsoil And Contractor Supplied Seed, The Installation Of An Asphalt Concrete Pavement Walking Trail, A Concrete Pad, And Trail Seating Nodes, Followed By The Installation Of Trees, Shrubs, And Ground Cover As Well As Site Perimeter Fence Consisting Of Both Post And 3-Wire Fence As Well As Post And 3-Rail Fence.All Required Storm Sewer Infrastructure Including Manholes, Catch Basins, And Underground Pipes Have Been Installed As Part Of A Previous Phase And Are Not Included Within This Scope Of Work.Upon Completion Of The Work, The Contractor Will Have Furnished The City Of Lloydminster With A Complete Greenspace Including All Required Amenities.
