The Financing Of The Construction Supervision Contract Is Provided By The Budget Of The Municipality Of Dobrichka. Construction Is The Fourth Category, According To Art. 137, Paragraph 1, Item 4, Letter B Of The Zut. For The Realization Of The Investment Intention, The Chief Architect Of The Municipality, Based On An Approved Investment Project, Issued Construction Permit No. 9 Dated 02.03.2026. In Fulfillment Of The Order, A Consulting Service Is Performed, According To Art. 166, Para. 1 Of The Zut, As Follows: Construction Supervision During Construction In The Sense Of Art. 168 Of The Zut And Performs The Activities Under Art. 166, Paragraph 1 Item 2 Of The Zut. After The Completion Of The Smr, He Prepares A Final Report According To Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut And Draws Up A Technical Passport Of The Construction; During The Warranty Period Under The Construction Contract, Assists The Employer In Establishing Defects In The Completed Construction And The Reasons For Their Occurrence.
