The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Periodic Supply Of Medicinal Products For The Needs Of Mbal Dr. Hristo Stambolski Eood Kazanlak, According To The Types And Quantities Specified In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1. The Scope Of The Order Includes: » Delivery To The Employers Hospital Pharmacy; On The Basis Of Art. 33A Of Ppzop (New - Sg No. 62 Of 2024, In Force From 23.07.2024) The Contracting Authority Has Provided In The Decision To Open The Award That The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Be Opened Simultaneously. The Types And Quantities Of Products Indicated In Appendix No. 1 Are Approximate. The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Change The Quantities Of Products Specified In Appendix No. 1, According To Its Needs, Including To Refuse The Delivery Of Certain Types Of Products, As Well As To Request New Types That Are Not Included In Appendix No. 1, But Are In Fulfillment Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement. By New Types Is Meant: In Case Of Suspension From Production And/Or Importation, Equivalent To The Types Of Medicinal Products That Are Included In Appendix No. 1. 2. Legal Basis For Opening The Procedure The Contracting Authority Announces The Present Procedure For The Award Of A Public Contract Within The Framework Of A Dynamic Purchasing System (Dsp) With The Tin In Rop T 458041 On The Basis Of Art. 86, Para. 1 In Connection With Art. 75 Zop And Art. 73, Para. 1 And Art. 18, Para. 1, Item 12 Zop. 3. Term Of Execution Of The Order The Term Of Execution Of The Public Procurement Is 12 (Twelve) Months, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Contract. Option: The Deadline For The Performance Contract Is Extended Based On A Unilateral Written Notification By The Contracting Authority Until The Completion Of The Next Public Procurement Procedure And The Conclusion Of A New Contract With The Same Subject, But For No More Than 6 (Six) Months. 4. Place Of Execution Of The Order The Products, The Subject Of This Public Procurement, Must Be Delivered To The Employers Warehouse At The Address: Mbal - Kazanlak, 16 Starozagorska St. - Hospital Pharmacy.
