The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor For The Supply Of Office Materials According To Article 12 Of The Plo For The Needs Of The Mu Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov - Varna, According To The Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1). The Order Includes Periodic Deliveries Of Goods Requested In Advance By The Contracting Authority And Specified By Type (Trade Nomenclature), Technical Data, Configuration And Quantities. The Quantities Indicated In The Documentation Are Estimated For The Duration Of The Contract And Will Serve In The Evaluation Of Offers. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Increase Or Decrease The Indicated Volumes - According To Its Needs And Financial Security, Including To Request Other Office Materials From The Participants Website. The Contracting Authority Is Not Bound To Exhaust The Stated Maximum Allowable Value Of The Contract. Each Participant Must Submit An Offer For All Items Included In The Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1). The Estimated Quantities Subject To Delivery Under The Public Order Are 16,040 Units Of 63 Types Of Stationery, Incl. 15,290 Pieces And 750 Packages.
