The Existing Street Water Pipes Made Of Ц80 Mm And Ц 125 Mm Pipes Will Be Replaced With Pe Pipes Ф 90 Mm And Ф 140 Mm, Respectively. The Total Length Of The Newly Designed Water Pipes, Including Connections To Adjacent Streets And Newly Designed Sections, Is 648.51 M. With The Present Development, 24 Building Water Diversions /Сво/ Are Provided For All Properties Adjacent To The Street, Which Will Be Filled With Pehd Pipes Of The Corresponding Diameter. There Are 4 Pcs. Above-Ground Ph 70/80, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Ordinance No. Iz-1971 Of October 29, 2009 On Construction And Technical Rules And Norms For Ensuring Fire Safety. The Object Is A Third Category Of Construction According To Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 3, Letters B And G Of Zut And Art. 6 Para. 2, Item 8 And Art. 7 Of Ordinance No. 1 Of 30.07.2003. For The Nomenclature Of Construction Types. The Investment Project Includes The Following Parts: Plumbing, Geodesy, Temporary Organization And Traffic Safety /Vobd/, Safety And Health Plan /Pbz/, Fire Safety. The Implementation Of The Smr Is Carried Out In Accordance With Part Three Construction Of The Zut. The Participants In The Construction And The Relationships Between Them On The Project Are Determined By The Requirements Of Section Two, Part Three Of The Zut. The Specific Types Of Smr Are Indicated In The Bill Of Quantities, An Integral Part Of The Public Procurement Documentation. For All Inserted Construction Materials, Declarations Of Origin And Compliance Of The Materials Certifying The Application Of The Approved Standards Will Be Presented, According To Order No. Rd-02-20-1 Of February 5, 2015 On The Conditions And Procedure For Inserting Construction Products In The Constructions Of The Republic Of Bulgaria. The Contractor Must Necessarily Comply With The Requirements Of Art. 163 And 163A Of The Law On Territorial Planning /Zut/. The Builder Will Be Responsible For: - The Execution Of Construction And Repair Works In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 169, Para. 1, 3 Of The Zut, As Well As With The Rules For The Execution Of Construction And Installation Works And Measures To Protect The Life And Health Of People On The Construction Site; - The Implementation Of Construction And Repair Works With Materials, Articles, Products And Others In Accordance With The Essential Requirements For Construction, As Well As For Compliance With The Technological Requirements For Their Installation; During The Implementation Of The Smr Of The Site, The Builder Is Obliged To Appoint A Technically Competent Person To The Employment Contract, Who Will Carry Out Technical Management During The Implementation Of The Site.
