The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Periodic Supplies Of Fuels - Unleaded Motor Gasoline A-95N And Diesel Motor Fuel For Refueling The Company Cars Of Ecoengineering - Rm Eood, Through Cards For Non-Cash Payment For A Period Of 2 Years,. Periodic Supply Of Liquid Fuels For The Official Vehicles Of Ecoengineering - Rm Eood Will Be Carried Out By Purchase (Charging) From Gas Stations Of The Contractor, Providing 24-Hour Service, And Their Purchase Will Be Made Through Electronic, Pin Or Other Type Of Cards For Cashless Payments. Gas Stations Must Be Connected To A System For Cashless Card Payment, Through Electronic, Pin Or Other Types Of Cards For Cashless Payments And Registration Of Loaded Fuels. For The Specified Period Of 2 Years, The Necessary Type And Amount Of Fuels Are As Follows: 1. Unleaded Gasoline A95h - Amount About 20,000 Liters. 2. Diesel Motor Fuel - Amount About 50,000 Liters. The Quantities Are Indicative And The Employer Does Not Undertakes To Fulfill Them In Full Volume And Value Within The Agreed Period. The Quantities Of The Fuel Loaded Will Be Determined Depending On The Specific Needs Of The Contracting Authority. The Actual Consumption For The Future Two-Year Period Depends On The Volume Of Activity Of Ecoengineering - Rm Eood. For The Duration Of The Contract The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Make Changes In The Number Of Cars In Case Of Scrapping Or Acquiring New Ones. The Quality Of The Delivered (Charged) Fuels Must Meet The Requirements And Standards Defined In The Ordinance On The Requirements For The Quality Of Liquid Fuels, The Conditions, The Order And Manner Of Their Control (Adopted By Pms No. 156 / 15.07.2003 Promulgated Sg No. 66/2003 Amended And Supplemented By Pms No. 192/16.08.2005 Published Sg No. 69/2005), The Law On The Purity Of Atmospheric Air, As Well As All Other Applicable Requirements Of The Current Regulatory Framework In Bulgaria.
