The Hazard Warning Should Contribute To The Authorities, Businesses And The Population Being Able To Implement Measures That Reduce Damage To Life, Health, The Environment And Material Values. The Purpose Of The Assignment Is To Carry Out A Socio-Economic Analysis Of Mets Hazard Warning, With Particular Emphasis On How The Value Of The Warning Can Be Increased. The Analysis Will Provide Knowledge Of How Hazard Warning Can Be Improved, Either Through Improvements In One Or More Links In The Value Chain Or Through Changes In How Warnings Are Communicated Or Used.
