Description In June 2025, The Government Put Forward A New Data Center Strategy, One Of The Main Goals Of Which Is That Norway Should Be Attractive To Those Data Center Establishments That Contribute To Overall Value Creation, Increased Security And Safeguarding Of Norwegian Interests. In Light Of The Fact That The Industry Is Growing At A Rapid Pace, Data Centers Have Become A Current Topic In The Public Debate. In Order To Safeguard The Work With Predictable And Appropriate Framework Conditions For The Industry, Including Further Developing The Industry In A Way That Supports The Governments Goals For The Data Center Policy, The Ministry Of Digitalization And Public Administration Wants A Separate Updated Knowledge Base On The Data Center Industry And The Ripple Effects From The Industry. The Aim Of The Ripple Effect Analysis Is For It To Create A Knowledge Base That Can Be A Starting Point For The Authorities In Assessing The Social Benefit Of Various Data Center Establishments. The Assignment Must Be Delivered In The Form Of A Main Report With Analyzes And Assessments, And Tabular Material Documenting Central Calculations And Comparisons. The Main Report Must Be Delivered On 30 September 2026. Estimated Value For The Acquisition Is Up To Nok 1,150,000 Excl. Vat For A Detailed Description Of The Delivery, See Appendix 1 To The Agreement.
