Lawyer Services . Descriptionthis Framework Agreement Applies To The Purchase Of Legal Services For Ringsaker Municipality. The Municipal Attorney In Ringsaker Consists Of The Municipal Attorney And Five Other Lawyers Who Provide Legal Assistance To The Entire Municipal Organisation. The Framework Agreement Will Therefore Primarily Be Used When Necessary To Supplement The Customers Internal Capacity In The Event Of Temporary Capacity Challenges, And/Or To Acquire External Specialist Expertise In Specific Areas Of Law. Tasks Under The Agreement Will Mainly Include Legal Advice And Investigation, Representation Towards The Customers Contractual Parties And Other Business Relationships, Written Representation Before Relevant Authorities And/Or Appeals Bodies When Reviewing The Customers Decisions Within The Defined Professional Areas, As Well As Assistance As Legal Representative For The Customer, Including Dispute Resolution And Procedure. Calls May Vary Significantly Throughout The Agreement Period And Are Fraught With Uncertainty. The Use Of The Framework Agreement May Be Limited In Periods, But Unforeseen Circumstances, Capacity Challenges And The Need For Specialist Expertise May Also Lead To Increased Use. The Customer Is Also Planning Several Major Development Projects In The Coming Years, Including A New Town Hall And A New Secondary School, Which May Affect The Need. Maximum Total Call-Off Under The Framework Agreement, Including Any Options, Is Up To Nok 7,800,000 Excl. Vat. The Agreement Applies From The Signing Of The Contract Up To And Including 30 September 2028. The Customer Has The Option Of An Extension For 1 + 1 Year.
