The New E39 Between Betna And Hestnes Was Opened To Traffic On 25 June 2025. At The Time Of Takeover, Various Contract Work And Modification Work Had Not Been Completed, But With An Agreed Deadline. Part Of This Work Was Not Completed When General Contractor Bertelsen & Garpestad As Was Declared Bankrupt On 4 March 2026. 1.2 Nature/Scope Of The Work And Geographical Location The Construction Area Is Located Between Betna And Hestnes In Trøndelag County. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration Must Enter Into An Agreement On Accounting Work With A Mechanical Contractor For The Execution Of Residual And Defective Work. The Assignment Consists Of Machine Work (Excavators And Bulk Moving).
