Works Contract: Agramunt Local Police Station: Interior Rehabilitation Of The Ground Floor Of The Old Barracks.This Project Is Partial Interior Rehabilitation Of Half Of The Ground Floor Of The Barracks. The Ground Floor Of The Old Barracks Has 4 Wings. The 2 Southeast Wings Have Residential Uses, One Wing, And Municipal Dependencies The Other. Remaining 2 Wings Intended For The Use Of The Local Police Station, Those Facing West. Currently, The Local Police Already Uses Half Of The Rear Garage Building. The Project Seeks Material Simplicity And Simplicity To Make An Economic And Functional Project. While Seeking Transparency With The Citizens And Opening Up To Them. Based On These Demands We Elaborated The Guiding Principles Of The Project:- Make A Friendly And Open Police Station For The Citizens Of Agramunt Seeking Transparency In The Access Area With Glass Windows, While Offering Warmth Inside.- Divide The Police Station Into 2 Parts, The Work And Citizen Attention Part, And The Part Of The Police Personnel, Since They Have Very Long, Intense Working Days, On Weekends And Even Nights And Shifts, An Area Is Needed That Allows Meeting The Needs Such As Personal Hygiene, Clothing, Cooking, Food And Rest. - Rationalize The Pre-Existence To The Maximum And Make The Intervention As Minimal As Possible.
